Individual Therapy
Intake Session
The intake is the first meeting with your new psychologist or therapist, which lasts about 60 minutes. You will electronically complete about 15–20 minutes of paperwork prior to your appointment. The intake is typically geared towards gathering important information about you, your symptoms, and your goals/intentions for therapy.
Call or Text to ScheduleOngoing Session
Ongoing sessions are usually 60 minutes in length, though 45- and 30-minute sessions are available. You should be prepared to be an active participant in every session to achieve the outcomes you desire from therapy.
Self-Schedule NowCrisis Session
A crisis session is NOT for emergency situations when help is needed in less than 24 hours, as they are not always available on demand. A crisis session is intended for use with occasional, urgent (scheduled within 2–3 days), time-sensitive matters outside of your regular ongoing sessions. Please note that insurance may or may not cover crisis sessions; be prepared to pay out-of-pocket for the full cost.

Did you know? Couples' sessions often do not qualify for insurance reimbursement. Due to strict insurance requirements for coverage, you should be prepared to cover the full cost of the sessions.
Intake Session
The couples' intake is a time for your psychologist or therapist to get to know both you and your partner as individuals and as a couple. You and your partner will electronically complete about 15–20 minutes of paperwork prior to your first appointment.
Self-Schedule NowOngoing Session
While every provider has their own unique style of therapeutic approaches, you can generally expect to explore the challenges in your relationship in an honest manner with guidance and feedback from your provider. Couples therapy may be paused or stopped if there is any violence/abuse occurring in the relationship.

You may think group therapy is not for you…
- 1
You will learn that you're not alone in your struggles. Others may not share your exact experience, but they can identify with the thoughts and feelings you experience.
- 2
You will be able to learn from others, and, in turn, help others learn from you.
- 3
You can experience in-the-moment processing of social interactions in a safe environment, thereby allowing a chance to practice new behaviors.
Concierge Therapy
Concierge therapy is personalized mental health care built around an experienced psychologist who stays with you — with direct access, flexible scheduling, and care that extends beyond the session. Concierge therapy is not a different kind of therapy — the clinical work is the same evidence-based treatment you'd receive elsewhere. What changes is the structure and availability of the care, not the therapy itself.
