We offer evaluations for adults ages 18–65 across the following areas:

General Diagnostic
What to Expect
At-Home Testing
Up to one hour of at-home testing completed prior to your on-site appointment.
On-Site Testing
4–6 hours of comprehensive on-site testing administered by our psychologist.
Written Report
A detailed written report delivered within 8 weeks from the date of testing.
Cost & Insurance
We do not accept insurance for psychological testing, but we can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance plan for potential reimbursement. Surthriving Psychological is not responsible for knowing the amount of any reimbursement that may occur.

Most testing falls within this range. Complex evaluations may be up to $4,000.

A deposit is required to hold your testing spot and will be applied to your final cost.
