Private Pay

Private pay (out-of-pocket) options are available for all services. We can provide a superbill upon request for submission to your insurance plan for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a Late Cancellation Fee of $75. Exceptions for emergencies may be made at the provider's discretion.

Psychological Testing

Psychological testing is private pay only. We do not accept insurance for testing services, but we can provide a superbill for potential reimbursement.

Most evaluations fall within this range. Complex evaluations may be up to $4,000.

$500 deposit required to hold your testing spot.
